With food, I actually don’t have cravings to eat unhealthy things. I don’t eat a lot of meat either, just chicken and fish, so in that sense it isn’t difficult for me to eat clean. I haven’t been training as hard as I used to but I get a lot of my inspiration on instagram/tumblr, seeing photos of fit/toned people makes me want to improve myself.
